The Dunk for Disabilities fundraiser is back after a multi-year hiatus!
Held at Jefferson Township High School, this event raises funds and awareness for the Department for Persons with Disabilities (DPD). DPD is a Catholic Charities agency in the Diocese of Paterson that provides help and creates hope for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Each day, DPD provides residential, day-habilitation, recreational, and spiritual support for people with special needs and their families.
As a neighbor of 3 of DPD's group homes, the students of JTHS have been community partners and friends to the individuals at DPD for 50 years. They have supported this important ministry through food drives, fundraising, Christmas giving endeavors, unified events, and more.
Don't miss this year's event at JTHS on January 27th, at 7:00PM as the Jefferson Township Falcons host Delbarton! Donate or sponsor this event to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities below.
