All employees must report work related injuries to their supervisor immediately following and injury - the accident form is to be completed and returned to your supervisor. Note: Workman compensation runs concurrently with FMLA.

All employees must contact the police at the time of an accidents/incidents involving an agency vehicle, and immediately report accidents/incidents involving agency vehicles to their supervisor.
